Who this covers

Merchants who use Draiiv to run their business.

Customers of those merchants who buy from them or receive messages from them through Draiiv.

What we collect

Merchants — name, email, phone, business name and address, payment settings, and the business information you give us (products, prices, descriptions).

Customers — name, phone number and/or email, order and invoice details, and your messaging preferences (including opt-in and opt-out records).

Technical — basic logs needed to run and secure the service (IP address, device/browser type, timestamps).

Why we use it

To run the merchant's store, orders, invoices and payments.

To send messages on behalf of the merchant you bought from or opted in with (order updates, invoices, reminders).

To keep accounts secure (for example, login codes).

To meet legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

We send texts only for merchants you have a relationship with, and only with consent.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we share with

Only the service providers that run Draiiv: hosting, payments (Stripe), messaging (Twilio), email delivery and AI processing (Anthropic).

Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell personal information.

Where data is stored

Canada and the United States. Some providers may process data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

As long as the merchant's account is active, and as required by law.

Opt-out records are kept so we can honour them.
