What you'll receive

Texts from a merchant you've bought from or opted in with, sent through Draiiv. For example: order updates, invoices and payment reminders, and occasional offers such as weekly "orders are open" messages.

How you opt in

By ticking “Text me updates about my orders” when you order from a merchant’s Draiiv website; by tapping Yes in an email from the merchant asking if they may text you; by texting START to the merchant’s number; or by telling the merchant you agree, which they record in Draiiv.

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation, and no further texts from this number — this covers every merchant that texts you through Draiiv. Reply START to receive texts again.
